For all of us, marathon training has it’s ups and downs as well as it’s good days and those where we throw our hands to the sky. I am no different – although after last week I am working hard to find that silver lining as the days tick down to October 27th – still showing up and doing the work but just wishing my body would start working with me instead of against me.
