On Thursday, July 28, 2016 at 6:30PM Ella’s Fine Food & Drink, located at 2 Tower Street, Westerly, RI will host a Taste of Italy wine dinner on Thursday, July 28th. Mike Petrizzo, Vice President of Vias Imports will lead guests through each of Executive Chef Jeanie Roland’s courses.
Course 1: Braised Rabbit with Wild Mushrooms & Fennel, paired with Pallavicini Poggio Verde Frascati.
Course 2: Spiced Pork Belly with Lentils & Braised Grapes, paired with Damilano Barbera d’Asti.
Course 3: Brunelli-braised Organic Short Ribs with Prunes and Cacio e Pepe Gnocchi, paired with 2011 La Poderina Brunello di Montalcino.
