Participants in this cooking class will learn to cook easy-to-prepare, gluten-free, vegetarian dishes using delicious, nutritious whole foods! Participants will cook together and taste everything, leaving the class with fresh new ideas and delicious recipes!
Participants will make:
- Zucchini Tortillas
- Mushroom and Herb Risotto
- Cucumber Tomato Avocado Salad
- Spicy Sweet Potato Cakes
- Chocolate Avocado Pudding with Coconut Milk
The instructor, Cathy Amarante, trained at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts and has worked at outstanding Connecticut eateries including Firebox and Bear’s Smokehouse. I have known (and personally eaten) some of her food, so I can vouch for how delicious and tasty her dishes are.
