Fresh Salt at Saybrook Point Introduces New Summer Menu

The new summer menu features the bounty of the season through unique dishes such as the “Beggar’s Purse” pasta dish which features fresh pasta filled with pear, Taleggio, Robiola, Ricotta, English peas, asparagus, and cherry tomatoes in a white wine sauce; and Cavatappi Primavera with broccoli, asparagus, cherry tomato, oyster mushroom, yellow pepper, and olive oil in a white wine sauce.
