After a 3 month hiatus – I “hopped” into a race this past weekend. Read on to find out how it shook out and why my coach say I have “no chill” in races.
For all of us, marathon training has it’s ups and downs as well as it’s good days and those where we throw our hands to the sky. I am no different – although after last week I am working hard to find that silver lining as the days tick down to October 27th – still showing up and doing the work but just wishing my body would start working with me instead of against me.
